Maternal Mental Health: Naming Whats Hard

National Working Motherhood Week

Maternal Mental Health: Naming Whats Hard

Motherhood can bring joy, love, and wonder, but it can also bring fear, rage, grief, numbness, and questions that feel hard to say out loud. Maternal Mental Health: Naming What’s Hard is an honest conversation about the emotional realities that can show up during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Expect a warm, open space where difficult feelings are welcomed instead of brushed aside. We’ll make room for the messy parts, the tender parts, and the things many people think they have to hide. If you’ve been craving language for what you’re carrying, or simply want to hear others speak the truth with care and courage, join us for a thoughtful hour of connection and reflection.

Panelists:

Emily Guarnotta - Phoenix Health

Rachael Bardnell - The Whole Parent Collective

Jenni Armbrecht - Nationwide Children's Hospital
