This 7-session, 1:1 therapy experience is designed for moms who want to feel grounded, prepared, and like themselves as they move through pregnancy, birth, and into postpartum.
You might be someone who plans ahead, reflects deeply, and wants to “do this right”—not perfectly, but with intention. You may also be aware of certain risk factors for perinatal mood and anxiety challenges, or simply have a sense that extra support could make a meaningful difference.
This is a space to explore those factors without fear or overwhelm—and to intentionally build the kind of support that helps you stay steady through it all.
Here's an examples of how your series could look. Therapy is client centered meaning we focus on YOUR needs. Not one size fits all. What stays uniform is that you will receive five sessions before baby, two after, and tools to navigate your birthing and postpartum experience.
Session 1: Intake & Orientation Get to know your history from your own birth to now and begin identifying what helps your system settle.
Sessions 2–3: Resourcing the present by strengthen internal and external supports while tracking stress and settling.
Sessions 4–5: Preparing for labor & birth by building an embodied birth plan focusing on Perinatal Mood and Anxiety risk factors or worries that are activating.
Sessions 6–7: Postpartum Integration Reflect on your birth experience and support your nervous system in early postpartum.
