Therapy is a relational, body-aware process that supports healing by gently working with the nervous system, emotions, and lived experience. Sessions focus on increasing safety, capacity, and regulation through mindful attention to bodily sensations, patterns of activation and settling, and meaning-making at a pace guided by your system rather than urgency. This approach is especially supportive during pregnancy, postpartum, parenting transitions, and periods of overwhelm or stress.
-Persistent sadness, anxiety, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed
-Racing thoughts, excessive worry, or difficulty relaxing
-Intrusive or distressing thoughts that feel hard to control
-Irritability, anger, or feeling constantly on edge
-Difficulty sleeping or feeling exhausted but unable to rest
-Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your baby
-Replaying parts of your birth experience or feeling distressed when thinking about it
-Feelings of guilt, shame, or questioning your ability as a parent
If any of these experiences feel familiar, you are not alone—support can help you navigate this transition with greater steadiness and care.
